PRIVACY POLICY
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the purposes, principles, and measures for the protection of personal data within “AZBUKA DEVELOPMENT RA” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
The Policy is a public document of the Operator and is available to any interested party.
The Policy enters into force upon approval and remains valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
The terms and definitions used in this Policy comply with those set forth in the RA Law “On Personal Data Protection.”
The Policy applies to all employees of the Operator (including those working under labor and civil law contracts) and all structural divisions. The Policy also applies to individuals whose involvement is necessary in the personal data processing carried out by the Operator, as well as in cases where personal data is transferred to the Operator in accordance with transactions, contracts (agreements), instructions, applications, or other legal documents or grounds.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT DATA PROCESSING
Data processing is carried out in a mixed manner: both automated and non-automated.
Actions with personal data include: collection, registration, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.
The legal grounds for data processing include: the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, the RA Law “On Personal Data Protection,” and other regulatory legal acts.
The volume of personal data processed is determined solely by the purposes for which the data is collected. Processing of excessive or irrelevant data is not permitted.
Data subjects are natural persons to whom the personal data relates.
The personal data being processed may include: the data subjects’ first name, patronymic, last name, date and place of birth, address, income, passport details, social number, contact information, and other necessary data.
The data must be accurate, up-to-date, and sufficient for the purposes of processing.
Confidentiality is ensured for non-public data.
Data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes or for the duration required by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
3. DATA TRANSFER
Data may be transferred to third parties in cases provided by law or contract, as well as in cases where such transfer is necessary to support the Operator's activities.
4. SECURITY MEASURES
The Operator implements legal, organizational, and technical measures to ensure data security and protect it from unauthorized access, modification, destruction, or distribution.
5. SUBMITTING A REQUEST ON THE WEBSITE
By filling out a request form on the website and entering their data, the data subject gives their consent to the processing of their personal data by the Operator, including for processing the request, concluding contracts, and carrying out other necessary legal actions.
The client has the right to withdraw their consent at any time in the manner prescribed by law.
6. POLICY CHANGES AND CONTACT INFORMATION
The Operator may amend the Policy by publishing an updated version on the website.
